Quilt Registration

Quilt registration forms for our 2023 show are available now!

As our show is held in the beautiful 3rd floor spinning room at the Willamette Heritage Center, quilt entries are limited to 4 quilts per person. We welcome all sizes & levels of quilts from those made by beginners to professionals including vintage quilts as well.  Quilts may be entered only for show or for sale with 20% of each quilt sold going to Helping Hands Resources of Salem. You may also gift a quilt to the show with 100% of the proceeds also going to Helping Hands Resources.
Quilts may be dropped off during intake at Helping Hands Resources on Tuesday, October 31st and Wednesday, November 1 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day at Helping Hands Resources, 1755 13th St. SE in Salem. If you would rather mail your quilts to us, please contact our show coordinator Nanci for further details.
